1. Booking & confirmation
Appointments booked via our website, WhatsApp or phone are confirmed by our concierge. A booking is considered confirmed only after our team responds with a confirmation message.
2. Cancellations & rescheduling
We request a minimum 4-hour notice for any cancellation or rescheduling so we can offer the slot to another guest. Repeat no-shows may be asked to pay an advance for future bookings.
3. Service scope
Services listed on our website (/menu and individual service pages) reflect our current catalogue. Actual duration, add-ons and final estimate will be confirmed by your consultant at the chair, tailored to your hair length, skin condition, and product preferences.
4. Bridal packages
Pre-bridal packages (Silver, Gold, Luxury and Groom) are sold as multi-session bundles and must be utilised within 6 months from the date of purchase. Sessions are non-transferable. A 50% advance is required to confirm bridal-day bookings.
5. Payments
We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards and online transfer. Refunds for any unutilised paid services are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
6. Conduct at the studio
For everyone's comfort and safety, we ask all guests to follow our team's instructions regarding hygiene, hair/skin patch tests and waiting protocols. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of misconduct or non-compliance.
7. Allergies & sensitivities
Please inform our team of any known allergies or skin sensitivities before service begins. We offer patch tests on request for colour and chemical services. Glamour Studio Salon & Academy is not liable for adverse reactions where allergy information was not disclosed.
8. Photographs & social media
From time to time we may photograph completed looks for our social media or website. We will always ask for your permission before doing so. You may request removal of any photograph at any time via support@glamourstudio.co.in.
9. Intellectual property
The Glamour Studio name, logo, content, and photography on this website are owned by Glamour Studio Salon & Academy and may not be reused without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any service is limited to the value of that service. We are not responsible for personal belongings left at the studio. We strongly recommend keeping valuables with you.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. The latest version is always available at this URL with the effective date listed.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
